I sent a Birthday gift to my daughter recently - it was,supposed to be a navy blue 'Aries' pouch and a Birthday biscuit - imagine our disappointment when it turned out to be a broken biscuit and three wee boxes! The Order Number is 786608439 and the delivery postcode is FK2 7HD. I have used Bloom and Wild often and never been disappointed before, Mrs Ray Bruce
This is my first order. Flowers and chocolate gift were due to be delivered on TUESDAY 27th JANUARY 2026. Still nothing has arrived. Very disappointed. The flowers will be dead by now .. apparently they ended up in WHITBY instead of the intended destination of NAFFERTON near Driffield.
I received a postal delivery of your flowers today. Unfortunately the handle of the jug which was part of the gift has broken off leaving 2 holes in the wall of the jug . Please may I have a replacement or some extra flowers . Thank you

My daughter sent me a plant for my 75th birthday today. When I opened the box, half the compost from the pot had fallen out making a considerable mess on the kitchen floor! Also there were no instructions as to how to care for the plant. I've received flowers from you before but with no problems. Disappointing!!

I am a USA app developer trying to send flowers to my GF in London.
Went to the app to place an order, put in an address and placed an order for £70 almost $100.
I emailed support to confirm my GF would get flowers delivered to her work on Valentine’s Day. The support team confirmed via email.
Today they were delivered to the wrong address and the customer support team I called at 3:45am my time zone and 11:45am their time zone won’t help me and told me they would “call me back”.
Save your money. Terrible mismanaged app and company!

I ordered flowers from Bloom and Wild but I have not received anything despite the order showing it was delivered.
Either the shipping service or Bloom and Wild or both parties messed up.
I arranged for a second delivery but rather than sending me new flowers, they sent my two-day old package to my new address.
Disappointing services. Try your local flower shop.
Best option for flower delivery by far!

I’ve been looking for a way to send some Valentine’s Day flowers to my boyfriend for a few weeks. I was disappointed with every website and app I used, because it was all so expensive for such a small amount of flowers. But then I found Bloom & Wild, and I can’t stress enough how amazing this service is. I ordered roses to be delivered to my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, I picked a card, had it personalized, and the roses even came in a cute little vase. I got all of this for under €20! There wasn’t even a delivery fee. 5 stars, guys. If you need an app to deliver flowers for an affordable price, this is the one. 5, and I cannot stress this enough, stars.
