in trailforks the arrowhead does not move

Pro app crashes on startup on Android and fails to upload some logs and loses them even thought they were saved, it work fine until recently. Already tried updating Android webview and Google Play Services and reinstalled app and region maps which allowed it to restart once, but then problem repeated. Phone is moto g(7) optimo maxx (XT1955DL) Android version 10.
