When I open up, everything is fine until I play a game then it suddenly does black and I can’t do anything I had to reload the game then ,why?

I open the app and when i start playing i can do nothing otherwise when i ineract with anything it crashes

whenever i open the app i press play and everything is fine until i select one of the locations and it kicks me out the app over and over again.
