When I try to connect to my computer with my mobile phone, it gets stuck the whole time and only says connecting. Pls help me with that.

I just downloaded the software it asked my to input my email address and whenever i press next after entering it gets stuck loading in.

How to fix Rainway app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rainway app on iPhone
Update Rainway app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rainway iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rainway on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rainway network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Rainway not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rainway app issues:

Force Stop the Rainway App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rainway app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rainway to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rainway App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rainway app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rainway.

Fix Rainway unable to contact server/ Rainway internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rainway » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rainway » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rainway on android.
