pages wont load cant get back to my other account

Everytime I go into highrise event it just shows the highrise logo what can I do to fix this.

To resolve Highrise network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Highrise App
1. On android, goto Settings » Highrise » click [Force Stop]

Clear Highrise App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Highrise » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Highrise.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Highrise » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Highrise » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Highrise
