I’m starting off with the people in this game. It can be VERY toxic. Period. There’s literal ADULTS on this app that are bullying children. The app is 12+ and these 20 year olds are on here telling everyone to report younger kids playing just to kick them off the app. It’s literally a game- anyone can play. You’ll get bullied for doing anything on here, if you don’t spend money and your character looks like a noob. And then these people who’ve spent thousands of dollars on this game go and make their characters as noob-y as possible and praise each other about how good they look right after they bully new players for looking like that. And if you actually want to be one of the top people in events, and be in a top crew, you need to spend money. LOTS of money. Otherwise you’ll probably stay at the bottom. The events in this game are a scam, they’re designed to keep the rich, richer, and the poor well poor... if you don’t spend money on the grabs (which barely give u the better items and it takes forever to get the better items) you won’t get anything unless you know how to get stuff and work your way up(which for me took months to At least get somewhat decent items) you’ll find friends in this game because some people are really nice, and some people do giveaways and games which is nice too and that helps some newer people but some of the games people host, rich people go to and then there’s no way to win because you don’t have any good items.

Why are there rares in the $9.99 packs instead of epics. Go ahead and take another good thing about this app away. I almost always bought the $9.99 packs because it was a good deal. Now it’s just stupid. First you take our free spin, then you take the event wheel instead of just going after the people who abused it. So everyone gets punished (again, who knows when it will be back this time). Then you take the $9.99 epics away. This is the most poorly run, and greedy app I have ever seen. I’ve been playing metaverse games for a long time. I have friends quitting because of how badly this game is run. To be honest I’m about to follow along with them. The rewards aren’t worth the $, i don’t care if people say “it’s easy to be a free player”…it’s not. I’ve tried for the last 2 months and i can say it’s not even worth opening the app if you’re a free player. EVERYTHING COSTS MONEY. TOO MUCH MONEY. There is no reason everything should cost an arm and a leg. And the fact that this app and their developers continue to ignore the issues, gaslight their community, and practically try to CON THEIR PLAYERS……makes this THE WORST metaverse game I have ever played. Why are you taxing gold! WHERE ARE THOSE “TAXES” GOING!?! IF YOU DONT WANT A GAMBLING ADDICTION DO NOT PLAY! I used to love this game and I’m just slowly watching it crash and burn. This is my honest review and I’m sure I’ll get some generic “copy and paste” response. Do better.

I had the game for a few years and spent way too much money on it as any teen would for a game. My account was recently hacked, no one had my password and my email was linked Incase I couldn’t remember. However, in the process of the event the hacker took off my email without me even being notified. Items that cost me hundreds of shameful dollars were stolen. The FAQ and support refused to replace the items to me. I could get into about how ridiculous the game has become over time, and the amount of cyber bullying that goes on, but at the moment I’m just here to express that many accounts get hacked and the support system is very poor and will not help, in fact after four years of me spending so much and keeping my account secure, they blamed me for getting scammed. Even if they track down a user, and block them, it’s as simple as resetting their device and creating a new account. So nothing really gets done when someone has done something terrible. The game scams users out of their money, it is a pay to play type of game and if you’re not extremely careful and someone hacks your account you will not be getting your items back. I advise staying away from this toxic game the people in it as well. It’s easy to get addicted to if you’re more of a social media type of person, but I’m literally begging everyone to stay off because it will hold you back and scam you out of a lot more than you expect. This doesn’t even get a star for me.. it’s just required.
