Impossible to use on an iPhone. Will not allow me to remain logged in. Totally useless app!

I agree with previous comment. New app is horrible. Doesn’t show slot play rewards. Make Foxwoods plain and simple. Do over please.

If I could give it zero stars I would! As previously mentioned by others, there is no way to see or manage your itinerary. Although, somehow I supposedly deleted some reservations for show tickets. Not sure how that happened when I can’t even see them! Go back to the old interface please!!!

Foxwoods has many issues…

First the reward points don’t show on the account page. It has shown zero since the new update.

Next, choice rewards don’t show up either, kinda pointless to have an app if nothing works.

Then there is the double log-in needed to book a room. Why, I’ve already logged in?

Lastly, there is no back button for any of the tabs. So if I click a reward offer to see what it is I need to start over because there is no back button.

Worst app ever…

3 days and still can’t log in trough Foxwoods .. DO EVERYONE A FAVOR and GO BACK to the OLD WAY😡😡😡😡

After many years of lukewarm performance, Foxwoods is now useless. It will not accept my login credentials, even though they work fine thru my phone’s browser. It’s always been mediocre at best, now it’s just plain useless.

Love this app but Foxwoods is garbage. It doesn’t work no matter how many times I uninstall/reinstall

this app has been continuously emailing me promoting their hotels. Every time my wife and I try to take advantage of one of these offers there is never availability. Why send me emails with these promotions if you don’t have availability?

The latest update is terrible! Impossible to manage your players account and offers! Deleted Foxwoods , it’s a waste of time and space on my phone! Shame on you this app!

The new version is horrible. My rewards account is very hard to manage now. I don’t like the new way that it’s set up. It’s not an improvement!!

Way worse than the previous version. What a grievous mistake. Go back to previous version at the very least. It is almost useless as is.

Can’t access my account with Foxwoods and hate that I have to verify my account every single time I log in. Pictures are horrible.

New version doesn’t work properly. Can’t access room rewards or check itinerary. Worst update yet.

Seems like just a front end to their website

You have to login to Foxwoods and then when you want to do stuff in Foxwoods like book a room you have to login again to their website.

Seems useless to me

Can not log in to book a room through Foxwoods . The Captcha function does not work so it won't let you log in.

Wish Foxwoods would keep updating so you can stay informed on your account. Points and promo stats are always off.

App does the job. Sometimes a little slow. I would really like to see "Touch ID". All apps seem to offer this now. Let's face it there is no security risk with Foxwoods

Great app if your a this app fan. Easy access to everything you want!!

Once you learn how to use it, Foxwoods works well.

This latest update is absolutely horrible for anyone wanting to manage their player rewards and offers. I lost complete visibility into what my player rewards are other than events and give always. I also now don’t have any Itinerary feature to select to look up any booked rooms or awards I may have signed up for. I’ve learned to “settle” on the loss of functionality with these last 3-4 updates but now even main, important features are gone.

I recently updated the this app app (which worked perfectly fine) because I assumed that there were new security updates or features. There was not. They changed the look of Foxwoods but removed all the functionality that a rewards player needs to manage their account. ALL OF IT. You can see your itinerary, reservations, offers - nothing. It added functionality like an interactive this app map that is of ZERO use to someone who goes there all the time.

I literally cannot believe that someone from the casino host department approved this change. It makes zero sense to alienate your most loyal players when new casinos are opening in the area.

Disappointing.

With the millions of dollars this app is spending on renovating their hotels you'd think they'd put a few thousand into hiring someone to update Foxwoods. It never remembers you, so you have to input your this app card number and password every time, it randomly resets the screen while you're using it and is basically just grabbing their website and crunching it down into Foxwoods. Could definitely benefit from fingerprint login and having an app designer revamp. The only reason I give it two stars is because it allows you to check your point balance without going to a kiosk or login to the website that is not really smart phone compatible.

Foxwoods does not work to make dinner reservations. Does not connect with open table and you get errors that it can not connect to the server. I’ve tried multiple networks and same result for days. I call the restaurant and they do not return calls. It is impossible to get reservations and four in Foxwoods. Bad design
