I have an iPhone 15 pro max and ACSFUNdraising forces closes itself all the time. I actually cannot even select “my profile” tab on the bottom. Every time I touch “my profile” ACSFUNdraising forces closes and exits back to Home Screen. There are numerous areas of ACSFUNdraising that this happens on. I have deleted and redownloaded 3 times and it still continues.
I have had issues with ACSFUNdraising for awhile but usually they get resolved. But here I sit with checks to be deposited for a fundraiser challenge and ACSFUNdraising sits there and then shuts down. I have tried restarting my phone and ACSFUNdraising . Please fix this. It’s very frustrating!
Too bad I signed up through Facebook because ACSFUNdraising logs you out when you exit. So Everytime I have to push the Facebook button > use Facebook app to sign in > click sign in through FB > allow American Cancer Society > Finally in ACSFUNdraising . Please fix this!!!!!!!
I like the Making Strides page much better but says not available for iOS devices. I can’t get to my dashboard. I can’t see credit card donations. This is a very important event and I can’t share people who have given cash donations. I want the Making Strides page!!! Or at least make this a little more user friendly please!!!!
I was able to scan a check and manually enter a credit card. For some reason I could not scan in the credit card
ACSFUNdraising is very different from the actual site, which makes it hard to maneuver. Every time I go to share my progress on my Facebook page it says that I raised nothing. Kind of frustrating to use with such an important event
I didn’t have any problems with ACSFUNdraising until the iOS 11 update. I hope a fix is coming soon, I need to raise more money
Works fine with online paying but I wish there was an option to say I had raised through cash.
Hey guys
When I click on my profile, ACSFUNdraising crashes in the latest version. Also, used the link in ACSFUNdraising for my Facebook fundraising and someone used it to donate but it posted to 2023 instead of 2024. I did sign up and commit for next year before starting the fundraising and I did exceed the 2023 goal well before race day so not sure what’s happening.
ACSFUNdraising is easy to use for checks or credit card.
ACSFUNdraising makes fundraising super easy and convenient. I highly recommend everyone try using you and I’m guessing you will be hooked too.
There needs to be a way to donate to other members on the same team rather than only to the team!!! Frustrating!
My school is having a fundraiser for this organization. It was really easy to collect donations with just 1 click. The people who were donating found it really helpful to when scanning their card, because that feature allowed then to know that I wasn’t saving their credit card number. The check feature was also really helpful, because it is minimal work.
Ultimately I LOVE IT!!!

This is so easy for taking check donations. I just wish I had a way to label or add notes about which fundraising event it was from. I like that it also sends a receipt to the donor.
Very easy to use , and if I have an issue or simple question the team at ACS is there for support. This tool allows us to have the power to upload donation real time. Great tool
So pleased to be able to do both credit cards and checks on my own especially during the pandemic. Our offices are few between now so ACSFUNdraising is so beneficial! And simple!!!
ACSFUNdraising has been great and an easy way to accept most any form of donation. I have used more times than I can count. The only thing that can be a bit hard at times, is taking credit cards, but for the most part that works very well too (lighting dependent).
ACSFUNdraising is so easy to use for credit card donations while at an event when people will say, “I don’t have cash.” And the ability to scan checks helps process donations so much faster than mailing to the home office of the organization. During the pandemic, this has been a lifesaver. Literally.
