When downloading data from sensor, it don't stop after 1. download, it keeps on. -Iver

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ThermSmart app issues:

Force Stop the ThermSmart App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ThermSmart app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ThermSmart to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ThermSmart App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ThermSmart app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ThermSmart.

Fix ThermSmart unable to contact server/ ThermSmart internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ThermSmart » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ThermSmart » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ThermSmart on android.

Major features for Weather version include receiving and displaying temperature and or humidity reading; setting temperature alert and weather index. Major features of Cooking version include Temperature Alarm and Timer which can be saved for re-use. It supports both the Cooking and Weather versions. Data received can be plotted into graph and exported. ThermSmart is to be used with this app Bluetooth Thermo Sensor. Two sets of Preloaded Setting including USDA suggested temperature and oil Temperature for Tempura/Deep Frying are available.
