I have a problem with Tempest Weather

User reports:
No current problems

- Wind readings are always low compared to other stations in the area

- App decided that it would no longer open

- Precipitation readings not accurate

- App trying to hide the actual info from personal weather station behind forecasts

- Old version was preferable, where it was just personal station’s readings, history, and graphs

- Can’t set the unit to Celsius and then share the web link to station to American neighbours as they can’t then view it in Fahrenheit

To resolve Tempest Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Tempest Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tempest Weather » click [Force Stop]

Clear Tempest Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tempest Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tempest Weather.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tempest Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tempest Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tempest Weather
