I have a problem with CutStory

User reports:
No current problems

- Text boxes are difficult to reshape or move

- Unclear how music works and limitations on using popular music

- Difficult to navigate and use some of the app's features

- App crashes when cutting videos over 5 minutes into 15-second segments for Instagram stories

- Changes layout without user input

- Issues with saving edited videos, particularly with adding text to 30-second videos

To resolve CutStory network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the CutStory App
1. On android, goto Settings » CutStory » click [Force Stop]

Clear CutStory App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CutStory » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CutStory.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CutStory » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CutStory » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CutStory
