N Com WIZARD Reviews

Was working good when I purchased it about 4 years ago! Now...it’s dead as a doorknob. Audio music no longer comes through the helmet! I thought I was doing something wrong! I guess I was though; when I purchased the B5. A waste of money!

I do not recommend NComWIZARD until many improvements are made. It simply does not work after registering, loading, deleting and reloading many times.

I have finally installed 4.05. Hard... Bluetooth works fine, NComWIZARD however said there is no device connected... Wow. How can that be????? 0 stars

Like everyone else here my phone and helmet both say they are connected, but NComWIZARD fails to recognize it! Come on Nolan, get it together.

Terrible app. It simply does not work. NComWIZARD continues to say the phone and helmet are not connected. Both the helmet and phone indicate they are connected. NComWIZARD needs work

Even though the n-com is obviously paired and connected, NComWIZARD says it isn't. It would be great if it worked.

One of the major reasons I purchased the helmet and the B4 com system was NComWIZARD. Why say it is compatible only to have it not work. I am know wondering why I buy Nolan products?

Great idea. Would be better if it worked. My helmet connects to the phone but NComWIZARD doesn't recognize. Has NComWIZARD worked for anyone?

NComWIZARD , like everyone else here, does not work. Useless if one cannot get NComWIZARD itself to recognize that the helmet and phone ARE connected.

Developers, please heed the cries of your constituents and FIX this ASAP?! Thank you.

My Nolan helmet is great, but NComWIZARD to connect is really crap. It works sometime and not others, and no updates from NComWIZARD developers that fixes the problem.
Thing is, now I regret buying the helmet.
You guys at n-com really need to sort your app out!!!

The idea is great but it is impossible to connect.
Message that there is not device connected appears although it is connected.

I'm an iOS dev by trade, specializing in Bluetooth-related apps, and I've never gotten this to connect to the helmet. Latest firmware, and the helmet otherwise connects to the phone just fine for music and phone calls. But after repeated attempts NComWIZARD has never acknowledged the existence of the helmet kit. How something this broken gets the go-ahead for release is a mystery to me.

Just got Nolan N100 5 and with the latest firmware on my n-com NComWIZARD does not work. Such a disappointment.

I paid $750 for three B4 units and now NComWIZARD won't even connect to them.

Nolan helmet is awesome.

The com unit is why I purchased it.

My app did not connect, tried updating. Fail, cannot connect.

I know I paid $$$$ got this garbage.

What else fits in its place? Nothing.

I’ve used a N-Com B4 with an iPhone 6 for years with no problem. Loved having my music in my headset. Suddenly, the iPhone links to the helmet, but no sound and NComWIZARD no longer supports iPhone. Very unhappy and looking at Sena as a replacement.

Working well thus far. Using an iPhone 6s with 9.3.1 software. B5 helmet communication setup. App operates my music and the radio works properly. Will summon Siri at touch of button.
