This program created by Hockey Québec has been available for more than 30 years in all regions of the Province of Quebec and for the first time in digital version.  The this app program aims to offer a content, methods and a framework that will help in learning basic technical and tactical skills of ice hockey.  From this app 1 to 4, each lesson consists of a variety of progressive exercises (2 to 6) including games, learning drills, obstacle courses, circuits, collective and controlled games, as well as mini-festivals.  From now on, all coaches having their initiation coach certification will be able to access the content of these programs.  The this app mobile app means Méthode d’apprentissage de Hockey sur Glace.  There are 4 programs presented in the form of lessons, comprising 20 lessons each.  The evaluations are done before the first lesson and after the last one.  There are also 2 evaluation sessions for levels 2 and 4.  The mobile app is available in English and French and will adapt itself to the language parameters of your device.
