So I saw this and read the reviews and decided that it would be worth it to try it out to see if it could replace vpn 360 which is having issues at the moment and I logged into it and noticed that as a free member(don’t have the money to waste on it as I am a poor student) and it only has 3 hours of free runtime so I deleted it instantly because i need it to at least be able to run 8 hours a day

I have been collecting the free daily plan bonus for years and I had 207 hours saved yesterday. Today, it says I have zero and doesn't display an option to collect time/that I still need to wait before collecting. Is this a glitch? Did I lose all my hours?

I have subscribed for almost 2 years. Since I am in China most of the time, I need a VPN to reach certain websites. ARK VPN can be good when it works but it also loses its connectivity. I couldn’t connect for 3 months last year. Finally, about 4 months ago, it worked again. But now it is not. So frustrating! It also gets hung up with the constant updating it does while using it. I can understand it doing this with free users but I pay for the service. It halts the signal and I have to disconnect and start again after the updates. I probably won’t pay for another year. Too frustrating and not smart to pay for something I can’t use year round.

Currently living overseas and have tried to use this on multiple occasions so I can watch American sports. Sometimes it works other times it doesn’t. To be fair, I have the free version...but why would I ever purchase a service that doesn’t work? I wouldn’t...

I have a free subscription that was reliable and worked great until about 5 months ago when they updated the version.
Now it works very infrequently, if at all. Very disappointing.

Quality VPN, low latency and impact.

0 tech support- after two years using ArkVPN all of the sudden stopped working -I tried getting tech support and there is no links on website HELP!

Its perfect. But at the first page of ArkVPN (when it starts), it has been written the wrong word! “Fatest vpn”?! Or fastest you mean?!

The on demand is a little hit or miss, but it works and I don't notice any slowdown in the connection. Worth 20 bucks for a year.

this VPN is so good. I absolutely love this app. but it doesn't connect to any server recently please fix the bug...

Excellent VPN. I have used this all over the world, (including in China in 2015, which allowed me to circumvent the great fire wall).

Everything works.

Ark works great when used with data, does not work on local WiFi networks in China.

It works perfectly, just as I'd hoped. I feel a sense of security, knowing there's one more layer of protection between me and the outside world. The price is very reasonable, well worth it.

Just connect really quick and you’re done. Disconnect once you’re done to save time and turn it back on whenever you want, internet speed is great

The service is very useful, and I'm not disappointed at all. Sometimes it is a little slow but it always comes through.

The free daily bonus doesn’t work anymore. It’s still but I can no longer click on it.
