My switcher will not live stream on U Tube. While live streaming my U tube Chanel says upcoming video that I entered. On my end it says no connection to stream server?

How to fix Switcher app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Switcher app on iPhone
Update Switcher app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Switcher iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Switcher on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Switcher network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Switcher Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Switcher not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Switcher App
1. On android, goto Settings » Switcher » click [Force Stop]

Update Switcher to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Switcher App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Switcher » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Switcher.

Fix Switcher unable to contact server/ Switcher internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Switcher » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Switcher » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Switcher
