I signed up for switcher based on their marketing commercial that this would be an easy option for creating a high quality steaming option. I then had to find multiple
Workaround to get descent sound using external mics, a mixer a professional camera and more. I wanted this to work and spend 3 months trying to make it happen.
I hired two tech professionals to help me get this set up. Beware there is nothing about this that is easy! You would save money just using a professional to steer you away from this option. I spent over $2000
I finally contacted switcher and they set me up with a very nice person to help with my setup and sound issues. I spent 1.5 hours showing him my entire set up and going through multiple work around only to have him tell me that I needed more equipment or workarounds and they were trying to figure these issues out.
I was fine with this and thankful for their tech help. I asked them for a refund of the 3 months I spent figuring it out with no progress $120 and they refused this.
I have a small business myself and if anyone were to ever be unsatisfied with my product I would refund them with no question. I asked multiple times and they did not budge. I would never ever recommend this product or app. It’s completely terrible to have bad customer service in this day and age where we are all just trying to make things happen. I will post their terrible responses in another review from my cohost on the project.

So on this past week I used your app for a huge conference. I instantly fell in love with with all the features and the idea of “switching”. I am not a videographer or photographer but my team and I were able to use this is no time. Out of no where the system would crash. In the beginning, we believed it to be the internet server that we used but it wasn’t. We had people to pay for the online version for the conference and they were not able to receive what they paid for. The moment we disconnected for. Switched and went directly to Facebook live, we did not have any issues. We desire to pay for the service but we do not want to pay $300 a year for an app when it isn’t reliable. Why does the system shut down and not connect the way that it should?!? Does it disconnect because we are in the trial period?!

This app was great all the way up and to the point that it stopped working I know it’s not my phone because several different apps that do the same thing work as well I am stuck at the home screen so I am unable to actually ask for help. The app says that my camera is unavailable and to go to my settings but all of my settings are enabled the app is broken. This is actually very disappointing because I use my phone as the switcher in my iPad as a second monitor but now I must use my iPad as a Switcher and wait and not have a camera angle on me that I would like it says up to eight devices but that’s totally not true if I can’t even enabled the settings if this is a broken and needs a update please let me know
