How to fix Sony Rewards app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sony Rewards app on iPhone
Update Sony Rewards app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sony Rewards iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sony Rewards on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sony Rewards network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sony Rewards Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sony Rewards not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sony Rewards App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sony Rewards » click [Force Stop]

Update Sony Rewards to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sony Rewards App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sony Rewards » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sony Rewards.

Fix Sony Rewards unable to contact server/ Sony Rewards internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sony Rewards » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sony Rewards » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sony Rewards
