Terrible customer service

For a company that provides a customer service tool, they provide horrible customer service themselves.
I recently contacted them to make a simple change to our account, but it ended up taking three weeks and a dozen emails and chat sessions. Their chat agents seem to be powerless to do anything, and emails to tech support are ignored.
Will be looking for a different chat provider because I'm not about to spend hundreds of dollars per month for zero support when we need it.
No notifications

Until I get notifications on my phone this app is useless. I’ve missed out on sooooo many sales because despite having notifications turned on, I never and I mean never get notified. I casually check it and when I do I can only see the potential earnings that I lost
Copy and pasted worthless app

The developers of the app clearly are incapable of developing a basic live chat app, the app constantly erases everything you are typing in the middle of chats while attempting to engage with customers, interrupting you with “loading chat data...”. This app will cause your business a loss of profit. Do not use it. On iOS at least, it is NOT worth using.
