Wish i could use RiversideTransportationGroup as a NYC resident but I guess staten island is not apart of NYC 🙄

I have used Riverside for many years long before RiversideTransportationGroup became available. The cars are clean, reliable and the drivers are professional. Unfortunately today I was significantly overcharged according to the driver by the company’s recommendation! I have deleted RiversideTransportationGroup and will not be using them in the future. The competition is too fierce to lose a long time customer.

0/5 Stars. First time using RiversideTransportationGroup yesterday from my friend’s referral. I chose the card payment form on RiversideTransportationGroup since I did not have cash and once I arrived to my destination I told the driver I paid with card, he said ok and I left. I got upstairs and hopped in the shower and when I got my phone I had numerous missed calls from the driver and from a 929 number. I also had a text from the 929 number stating “This is Riverside, you were recorded.” So, I call the number and the woman who answered immediately begins coming at me very rudely as if I was trying to get off with not paying my ride, saying things like “Your were recorded, you don’t do that, these people are working for their money, you can’t do that, you left without paying” clearly assuming that I was ignoring their calls and not willing to pay their services, mind you I had no idea RiversideTransportationGroup did not charge my card even though I chose that form of payment. I was furious with the way this “customer associate” handled things because she was yelling at me as if I was some sort of thief, I argued back and hung up on her. We are all not thieves or criminals trying to get things for free. So, I called the driver and settled things with him because he had decency and could communicate without coming at me. He explained the woman was just doing “her job” because the payment didn’t go through and since he tried to reach me and I didn’t answer he had to report it to his base. It was not my fault the form of payment did not go through as card but as cash, when I clearly chose card because of the fact that I did not have any cash on me and I do understand that it looked as if I was ignoring their calls since I did not answer, but if the customer is calling back you shouldn’t begin yelling and coming at them as if they were trying to get a free ride. I cannot imagine if I was to refer my mother or someone older to this car service and this same situation occurred to them. Don’t use them unless you want to be discriminated through assumptions. Never again will I use this service.

EVERYTIME I use RiversideTransportationGroup with card they take my money and hold it for 48 hours. They’ll show me a bunch of cars in my area and say there’s no cars available AFTER they already TOOK the money. No, not a temporary hold like Uber or Lyft but fully take the money. It works 60% of the time with cash but NEVER WITH CARD THEY WILL ROB YOU for 2 days.

So i was supposed to pay 18 dollars and then it came out that i was charged $21 instead. Plus when I’m about to get off the car the driver ask me to pay him again because supposedly i didn’t pay for the ride. And i had to wait until he call RIVERIDE to see if it was true I pay.

I used RiversideTransportationGroup to set up a 4:30AM pickup to JFK and they called 2 minutes before to say they couldn’t be there. Totally unacceptable!

Driver alway say theyre on location when they never there and 75% of the time they wont even show and say they picked you up

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked a pick up for my family to go to the airport 5 days in advance, they never scheduled the driver and when I called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to see where the driver was the dispatcher told me they don’t pick up from my location so no car was coming. HORRIBLE customer experience, and I will never use them again because they cannot be trusted to actually deliver even when I booked on their official app.

The cab driver number 300 over charge me and was rude when asked why he was charging me that. Drives like this give the company a bad name. I will think twice next time I use this company and I doubt that I will be using it again

I used my card, and when RiversideTransportationGroup took to long to show me cars I cancelled but it never gave me my money back. I’m still here waiting???

I want to change my number on RiversideTransportationGroup and it crashes every time. I would’ve thought that by now there would be an update but since there isn’t here I am complaining about it. I recommend Uber instead, for now.

Driver never show up 2 eta 1 20 minutes after nothing.

They give you an estimate wait time but they tend to get here before. Sometime they do take customers when I request the taxi. So I suggest that they ask or call the person that requested the taxi like some of their coworkers. Other than that I always arrive on time and safe to my destination. I do prefer RiversideTransportationGroup than calling them because I see what car I'm going in and who's driving me to my destination. Thank you for your service!

So far so good. Pricing is really good. Way better than Lyft and Uber.

Really good services. Also forgot my phone in one of their cabs and got it right back. Recommended ;)

The Riverside driver went out of his way to pick us up and patiently waited for an elderly passenger to get to the car. Jaime helped her and was wonderful!!!!

RiversideTransportationGroup is better then Uber
