How to fix Handloader app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Handloader app on iPhone
Update Handloader app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Handloader iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Handloader on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Handloader network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Handloader Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Handloader not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Handloader App
1. On android, goto Settings » Handloader » click [Force Stop]

Update Handloader to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Handloader App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Handloader » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Handloader.

Fix Handloader unable to contact server/ Handloader internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Handloader » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Handloader » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Handloader
