The things app on my iPhone and iPad are not syncing with each other nor with the things app on my Mac.

To resolve Things 3 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Things 3 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Things 3 » click [Force Stop]

Clear Things 3 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Things 3 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Things 3.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Things 3 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Things 3 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Things 3
