One of the worst ever. Don’t know why knight wasted any money on KT. App won’t access my camera and doesn’t always pick up my photos. Waste of my time. Trans flow app is 1,000,000 x better but no one at knight accounting knows how to access load info from a company they pay to use. Now KT won’t load the PDFs from cat scale. Piece of crap. All these five star reviewers never used an app that actually worked. They must be fake reviews. And since knight is already using trans flow in every terminal and truck stop, having scanning attached to their stupid app is redundant. Do not attempt to reinvent the wheel! And having to log in again to find out top secret information like yard locations and addresses is ridiculous. Driver portal should be tied in with KT , not a separate web site. Waste of time, rather like the fuel pumps at the terminals. It will not let you write comments in the rate section of the load

App has been buggy for a few weeks now, ever since Apple offered an OS update at the beginning of October... another OS update (iOS 12.1)became available just a few weeks later and after I installed the update, the this app Mobile app crashes instantly upon trying to open it... I’ve tried deleting the this app Mobile app and reinstalling it, looked for setting issues, turned it off and then back on again... NOTHING WORKS!!! Can’t scan my paperwork, get load info, access payroll or training...

FIX IT!!! 😡

I can’t read messages as a team owner op while my partner is driving because The truck is in motion and that’s a pain. That means I can’t accept ore plans or even look at them so that I can ensure work gets done. I don’t like having to share my location either the maps on here aren’t very good. Every load I’ve had it says “unable to find a route that matches qualifications.” So what’s the purpose?

The this app App needs some improvements such as the following.

When I am driving I cannot adjust the GPS map to see upcoming exits and or hazards like sharp turns. It’s literally useless as a guide to the point where truckers do not even use it. We use our own GPS.

Also, when our DM’s send us messages we are not able to read them due to us driving. It’s not what Knight wants but at call us instead of sending a message when we are not able to receive them.

There are times when we send macros in such as ARIVED AT SHIPPER, or EMPTY CALL for example. But the macros do not send. We then have to send the macros several times in order for it to send to our DM’s.

When we log onto the DRIVER PORTAL it does not always open up properly. We have to close out KT entirely and re open it several times for us to be able to access the portal among the other functions as well.

When we open up the this app app, it uploads then once we attempt to press on any function such as MESSAGES the entire app screen shifts up.

App makes receiving and sending messages, scanning and uploading documents, and accessing the corporate Driver Portal a snap! Unfortunately, I’m on my second reinstall of KT because it crashes constantly. Needs a thorough review by quality assurance programmers on the developers’ end (programming issue not KNX issue).

Awesome app however, I’ve never been able to get the HOS to load anything except a blank page. The bonus tab never loads either. When I go to the portal and tap on the Knight store, same thing. Other than these issues I absolutely love it.

At first I had problems with KT because it kept telling me "Server Error." However, after I deleted and reinstalled it, no problems. This makes my job so much easier. Thanks, designers!

It is convenient. But wish I could receive the urgent messages on here like I could at Prime. Instead if I'm on home time or not in the truck I don't get the message until I go back to the truck

It's a awesome app, I love it. I can handle nearly everything off of this, but sometimes I won't get my messages, they will come over the zonar and I won't get them on my app. But other than that it's a awesome app that makes my job easier....using iPhone 6 Plus

The camera to scan loads no longer works, it just shows a black screen now. In order to scan you have to use your camera app then come back to the camera app, please look into it.

Since the new bonus structure was put on here you can’t seem to access any of the driver training areas that were on the left of the screen. And no turning the phone to landscape view does not fix the problem. There needs to be a patch or update for the Mobil version since I do most of what I need from here. Thanks

KT was great when it worked but for some unexplained reason I can no longer access my monthly bonus program and have not been able to open my pdf payroll page for months and nobody seems to know why :-( Thought it was my phone but then all of a sudden my mileage and bonus page just started working again but still can not pull up my payroll pdf’s . I don’t know what the problem is but not happy about it !

It really makes a difference in making the job a lot better. Can scan all my trips as soon as I get unloaded don't have to wait to get to the truck stop

You can not look up a thing for the driver as they are driving and on duty driving as a passenger and not a driver at all on my phone or my iPad like I could do on the older version

You can view your messages, look at payroll, do your training, look at your route plan, and all your past loads and their pay status.

Great job with KT . Love the added features. Looking forward to being able to change logs without using Zonar. Kudos!! 👍👍

Colors on the loads don’t change anymore to reflect their status. Some macros don’t do what they should & most times load info doesn’t show up. Fix the dam app!!

If KT were to ever stop working or go down, then you'd appreciate it's value! Especially after you were extensively using it!

KT is awesome! It takes care of everything you need and want for this company. It makes your life a whole lot easier.

Great resource and help with working with dispatch. The only thing missing is a Micro tab so I can send the basic Micros on my phone instead of the Zonar system.
