Tried to log in using email on new account. Msg in safari when clicking email link, Please open link on mobile device. My iPad IS my mobile device. What do I need to do?

I logged in a time to park this morning from 9am to 6:30 pm 12/22 When I went to pay the time was changed and I had already tapped to pay
