Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Pacer app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Pacer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pacer app on iPhone
Update Pacer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pacer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pacer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pacer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Pacer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pacer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pacer app issues:

Force Stop the Pacer App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pacer app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pacer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pacer App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pacer app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pacer.

Fix Pacer unable to contact server/ Pacer internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pacer » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pacer » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pacer on android.
