How to fix SentinelRecord app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SentinelRecord app on iPhone
Update SentinelRecord app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SentinelRecord iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SentinelRecord on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SentinelRecord network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SentinelRecord Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SentinelRecord not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SentinelRecord App
1. On android, goto Settings » SentinelRecord » click [Force Stop]

Update SentinelRecord to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SentinelRecord App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SentinelRecord » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SentinelRecord.

Fix SentinelRecord unable to contact server/ SentinelRecord internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SentinelRecord » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SentinelRecord » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SentinelRecord
