Glose seems to completely drain my iPad battery

The app doesn't load all the pages so I keep having to go back and forth until the next page appears. To try and read a book this is unaccessible

App is slow to load pages, sometimes showing a blank page followed by the next page of text. Eventually the blank page loads, but this is unacceptable. Your app also seems to be a memory hog.

How to fix Glose app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glose app on iPhone
Update Glose app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glose iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glose on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glose network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glose Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glose not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glose App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glose » click [Force Stop]

Update Glose to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glose App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glose » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glose.

Fix Glose unable to contact server/ Glose internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glose » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glose » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Glose
