Just got a new phone, App downloaded and logged in. App doesn't show pictures and when opening the mass it says "prayer not available" Any suggestions?
Paid annual subscription 1st May 2023 got Magnificat UK edition. It will not download to my iPhone 8
Samsung A425G stopped downloading readings. Was working in April 2023 but May 2023 will not download. Have tried all the recommended solutions. App works on my Samsung table.

Magnificat app won’t load
When I select the Magnificat App on my iPhone it opens but then immediately crashes and disappears from the screen. I have deleted the app and tried to re download from the App Store but it states “Downloading your Magnificat, please wait…” I have been waiting but nothing has changed and it is still trying to download. The same problem arises with my iPad when I select Magnificat it opens but quickly disappears from the screen. Can you please advise me what to do as I really miss my Magnificat. Regards - Pat Gorry
