Masterbuilt Classic Status

Masterbuilt classic app keeps crashing. I can't keep connected to my smoker and the very frustrated with it, especially when you have a big event and you have to be away from the smoker. Please fix this app!

Both the master built classic app and the newer master built app from the store have become useless. Can't even stay connected to the grill. No controls or anything. I'm pretty devastated I spent close to 1000 dollars on this as my first smart grill and it crapped out within a year. Completely lost trust in the brand will be looking elsewhere way sooner than I thought I would. My last Weber lasted me 8 years and thank goodness I still have it or I wouldn't have had Thanksgiving.

I have same issue as all are saying. Worked for years, went to use today and app keeps crashing. Worked for like 2 min after complete Uninstaller, then crashing again. There is an obvious issue. Please resolve.

The app is crashing. When I try connect the remote, the app crashes. I've used this app for 3-4 years with no problems. Then today crashes. I've un-installed it and reinstalled it. I'm at my wits end. Help

App used to work fine on my Pixel phone but today when i went to use it I keep getting "masterbuilt Classic keeps stopping" and it closes the app. uninstalled and reinstalled and it work for about 30 minutes then started closing again. app version is 3.1.30 installed from the google store.

App won't open.

The app connects built can’t change from Fahrenheit to Celsius also, I won’t let me control the temperature or change anything on the app

Cannot login to Masterbuilt app. I wish that you didn't have to log in to use it! I just need to connect to the smoker. That's why I bought this smoker so that I could monitor it from my phone. Please help!

App will not display new temp, stuck on last cook details.

App cannot connect to know working wifi network.
