I purchased a master built smoker at Lowe’s in Anchorage Alaska less than a year ago model number MB20070421. I did register it. Serial number 112212. I’ve use the smoker two times with no issues with the third time, the smoker came on, then turned off after a few seconds it did this for a few times, and then finally would not come on anymore, I need help. Please call me text me email me anytime my phone number is 907-242-4442. Also I don’t have an electrical issue in my home. No breakers were popped eye exam in the wiring to the smoker and it looked fine. I looked at the circuitboard on top. It looked fine. I didn’t find any broke connections or burned wires , so I am at a loss and I need help. Please help me. I feel like it’s almost impossible to get assistance these days. Thank you for your time and I hope you text me or call me. I am my have a learning disability, so it makes it difficult. Thank you in advance.
