How to fix Masterbuilt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Masterbuilt app on iPhone
Update Masterbuilt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Masterbuilt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Masterbuilt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Masterbuilt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Masterbuilt Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Masterbuilt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Masterbuilt App
1. On android, goto Settings » Masterbuilt » click [Force Stop]

Update Masterbuilt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Masterbuilt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Masterbuilt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Masterbuilt.

Fix Masterbuilt unable to contact server/ Masterbuilt internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Masterbuilt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Masterbuilt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Masterbuilt
