Здравствуйте. В программе нет вкладки для отзывов. Заказали у вас пиццу. Заказ #9, г нур-султан, на Сатпаева 20. Курьер привёз заказ. Оставил. Через минут 20 перезванивает и говорит, что перепутал заказ. Мы ещё не успели открыть пиццу. На вопрос: как он узнал, что перепутал заказ? Отвечает, мол, клиенты, которым он доставил наш заказ, сказали ему об этом. Те люди же могли открыть заказ и узнать, что это не их заказ. Во время карантина, хотел нам привезти снова наш заказ, который был открыт другими людьми. Во-вторых по сто раз поднимали курьера на платном лифте. В итоге в убытке мы. Мы потратили 2 часа и остались голодными. Заказ мы отменили, дабы не заразиться вирусом!!! +7 (771) 085-34-11 контактный номер курьера.
