I have had TopCashback for over a year and a half, I have been waiting for over a YEAR for my $28 to become payable. I messaged the company and everything about it and they said that they ask kindly for me to allow the time to pass that is needed for them to get verification from the merchants in which I purchased from. Over a YEAR and it just became payable. I transferred it to my paypal account and usually that should take seconds. But not TopCashback. I’m sure they will make me wait a while for that as well. I transferred my $28 from TopCashback before I transferred my $7 cash back from pampers rewards... I’ve already received my pampers rewards $7 and it is on its way to my bank now. Still waiting for my $28 from TopCashback. Way too long of a wait for payout. I will not be using TopCashback anymore unless it changes. Also to add to the horror, once I set up my paypal account it said I needed to wait 72 hours to transfer the money. I waited 3 full days and went to try and cash out and it said it hadn’t been 72 hours yet. Now that it’s been 2 months I finally went on and cashed it out. Still haven’t received my funds. I received an email saying it was on its way from TopCashback but again it said it could take up to a few days. A few days in top cash app world is 2 years. Deleting TopCashback as soon as the funds get transferred.

This company has been nothing but trouble. I signed up a few weeks ago to get a cashback deal and since then it’s been hassle after hassle. On top of that, all of their terms and conditions are very shady, allowing them to deny you of cashback for certain offers. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother, no matter how attractive it may seem because it will just frustrate you to no end. Now I am currently locked out of my account for the last three days and nobody can tell me why or how to get back in while I have pending cashback. My fiancé signed up for the same deal and he had to put a claim in for the cashback because it was not showing and now he is also locked out. I never write reviews on here, but this has been such a miserable experience, I’m hoping it helps someone else.

Previously only used Ebates/Rakuten without any issues but saw that this was offering higher percentage cashback. So I made some purchases thinking I was getting a deal with this cashback. Boy was I wrong. You'll likely never get your money back from this site/app. I had to manually enter my purchase info because half the time it wouldn't track. And months later, I see one pending cashback but I can't even see what transaction that was from. Don't be deceived by the higher cashback offers! If you can't get your money back or in a timely manner, it's as good as gone. I'm going back to Rakuten and not looking back. I learned my lesson.

I bought something through THEIR APP in August, and the transaction never even appeared, so I opened a ticket. I had to choose from like 6 timestamped click throughs, none of which seemed to match the time of day on my confirmation email for the purchase. The claim is currently denied due to “not the last referred click” or some nonsense. Again, I literally did this through their stupid app, not with a browser add on or just a referral link. There’s no reason I should have to go through this and figure anything out on my end if they’re a legit company. And “investigations may take 2-3 months”? Get lost, Rakuten and RetailMeNot take days. It’s all a scam. AVOID.

They said purchase through app not eligible for cash back， but when u click their link the this app app transfer u to the merchant app directly， and then u will not get the cashback. I email them about missing cashback， they didn't tell u the problem is， just let u wait about 2 to 3 months ， until I realized by myself what the problem is.

update：I remove merchant app this time and purchased from their web site directly, and it still couldn’t track, fill a claim with then but never get reply.
Today I purchased another merchant from them, again no cashback showing in my account. After 7 years, I think I won’t use this app anymore.

I am owed over $100 from this company. I have numerous pictures of how sales track and they blame retailer and refuse to honor the large percentage of cash back that they advertise. I have over 5 instances where they still haven’t honored (with documented proof) yet the claim is still open. Two are over 6 months. This company frequently advertises great cash back offers, yet has horrible systems and doesn’t support their customers. Their customer service is pathetic and just send you generic responses that they are still waiting to hear back from retailer, even after 6 months. Never have this problem with other cash back sites. Stay away from this scam of a company.

It took a long time to get my cashback and when I redeemed to a virtual visa, I was not able to use it. It kept declining. I submitted a ticket in detail about what was happening. M response back was short and it was obvious the person did not read my whole issue. They responded by telling me I couldn’t use the card through papal but had to add the card directly as payment, which if they had read what submitted they would have known I already tried that.
I replied that the card still declines when I do that and they passed the buck to visa.
I asked them for the information and that it was unacceptable and no response back as of yet.
To this day I have not received any cash back from TopCashback.

This company and this cash back program is a joke. Don’t be fooled by their high percentages back. Most get declined and then when you submit a ticket they work on it for weeks and come to no resolution and don’t even give you cash back. I waited 7 months for cash back and at best they could do was half back because they still couldn’t get an answer from the vendor. The biggest home shopping network, really? When I corrected the amount back bc their system grouped two transactions I put a claim in for they only wanted to offer the half back on the one. Meanwhile their system wouldn’t let me put the claim in separately. Their payout times are also extremely long and make you wait a ridiculous amount of time. Stick to the big guns of Ibotta, Rakuten and Dosh. This company is below amateur. Amateurs deserve better titles compared to this joke. First rule of thumb for any company is how you treat your customers. Oh and their app is the clunkiest thing I’ve ever seen too, making you log into the webpage to get any answers or put claims or view your redeemed gift cards. So not worth the money.

Unless u have a year or longer to wait on some of your cash back to reach payable, stay clear of TopCashback. Customer service is horrible and don’t get pulled into the fact they offer higher cashback because most of the time u don’t even get it back anyways because their links don’t work and forget about submitting a ticket because all u will get back is pretty much u have to wait months to maybe receive it. If u complain too much they will just suspend your account. All these positive reviews I don’t understand because I’m telling everyone right now, this is the worst cashback app going. Heed my warning . Oh and that catchy signup bonus they offer lol well it never reaches payable , mines been pending since Nov and here it is Almost March. Don’t even bother shopping thru the Walmart link, none of the cashback shows up thru that link .

If I can give no stars I would! Honestly I thought this site was legit but I was wrong and I should’ve read the reviews before doing any purchases! I’ve made an account to do a deal that they offer for Walgreens, spend $15 get $15 back. Then the next day I’ve tried to log back in but it wouldn’t let me, kept on saying login unsuccessful. I made sure I typed in the correct email and password. I even changed my password and still wouldn’t let me in. Customer service is a joke. There’s no phone number to contact and the email is a waste because No one will respond nor will bother helping. My husband even made an account and is also having the same problem not being able to go into his account. So I basically lost $50 down the drain. Please stay away from this place!!

Every single time I've made a purchase through this app, it's never showed up in TopCashback /account even after multiple weeks. I've had to go through and manually submit individual claims for every single purchase, and as of yet only one of those has actually resulted in me getting my rightful cashback. This is far too tedious and unreliable, broken, untrustworthy and a waste of time for the reward. I'd have loved to give TopCashback a higher review for the competition with the only other real 1:1 offering in this market, but as of now Rakuten is simply far more convenient and I've never had problems or had to submit any claims. I go through their app or their browser extension, and the money pops in the account same day or a day later. I wish TopCashback was that simple.

Horrible experience. Never have felt the need to drop a review on an app but this company deserves one. I attempted to use it when there were a couple great cashback offers being touted on their site. I followed everything I needed to do and then it came time to verifying my PayPal account which was approved. Then somehow my email was screwed up and they sent the funds to that but with my name (I even have an email confirmation of them sending it to the wrong address to my email.....🤷‍♀️). The company offered no help other than better luck next time and they can’t do anything about it. I find that a pretty ridiculous answer to a concerned customer. It’s not like I can access the funds to an address that isn’t even mine. They did nothing to help correct this. Dirt customer service and a dirt app if you ask me.

I agree with the other negative reviews! This one is the worst when it comes to these type of apps. Out of all the cashback sites/apps I actively use, this one always have the most problems of not registering clicks and purchases. They try to entice you by offering higher cashback than other competitors but it’s always a gamble if you’ll even get the cashback. Then having to make a claim for missing the cashback that takes the longest to resolve or they just decline it stating some bogus reason from the retailer. The customer service is so vague and they don’t even try to help you get your missing cashback. For when the cashback actually register & pending, it takes ridiculously long to even be able to cash out. Swagbucks and Rakuten is so much better to use and with better customer support. Rakuten only lets you cash out quarterly but the customer support when missing cashback is worth it.

I agree with several other similar reviews. While TopCashback sometimes does offer higher cash back percentage, the extremely long wait for the payout is not worth it. The average time for a the cash back to be approved by the retailer is between 3-4 months. Also, I find that a lot of the purchases through the mobile app are mostly not tracked so you have to stay on top of your purchase history and contact customer service. The customer service is also very limited and not very helpful. Most of the time you’re dealing with automated responses and and it takes about 2 days to receive a response. In summary, you eventually get your payout and sometimes you have a higher cash back percentage with some purchases compared to other apps. In my opinion this program is not worth the wait over 2-3 months to get a payout (more if your purchase wasn’t tracked), the missed tracked purchases through TopCashback , and the poor customer service offered. Other programs like Enates is way more efficient and provides better service.

I start using TopCashback last Black Friday. I was excited to get some cash back on my shopping trips. Unfortunately I got some cash back from a few orders but then 7 of my shopping trips were not successful at getting the right amount of cash back I should get according to TopCashback and the retailer. I submitted 7 claims and after 3 month I just got a notification that the retailer declined to award the cash back without any explanation or reason. I ended it up tricked, I just bought on those retailers through TopCashback and didn’t get what I should. Good job this app!!

I thought this cashback app would be a great alternative to Rakuten. Since I do a lot of online shopping for personal and at work so I’d like to compare cashbacks to see which site has the better offer. I do see that this app has a bit higher percentage at times but I may go back to Rakuten since it has exclusions from ink and toner for both Staples and Office Depot.

I’ve lost our cashback on a couple toner purchases because I didn’t read the fine print. Never had any issues with Rakuten.

Also, the site is extremely slow and takes a while for it to open the store websites. Also, it seems like it takes much longer to verify purchases. On the fence if I’m going to continue to use this app once I receive my payout.

When I use TopCashback for the first time my outcomes were pretty positive and so was my experience. I received higher cashback percentages that I did from other/similar apps. However when I continue to use TopCashback, I noticed that the time for payout seem to get longer and longer. Their time to pay out varies depending on who you purchased from. I was told that some payouts could take up to 10 weeks! Who has time for that?! I have had some negative experiences where shopping trips have not been recorded even though I clicked the link for TopCashback . To date I still use other apps such as Ebates with far better results. Ebates pays consistent leave on time and consistently and accurately records clicks when Purchasing through their site. If you are patient TopCashback is for you for higher pay out. But if you are inpatient like me stick with a more reliable app such as Ebates.

I created an account and completed authenticating the account. However, I’m unable to login, tried to reset the password from forgot password link but I haven’t received any email to reset. From the authenticate email, when I click it takes me to my account but anything I do after that it asks me to login which never works (entered correct email ID and password. Tried this on multiple devices and issue persists for a couple of accounts I tried creating. Unable to raise a support ticket to because it asks me to login and throws the error ‘login unsuccessful’. Poor user interface and expert so far. Thanks!

I’ve wanted a VPN for a while, but never purchased one until recently. My friend told me about a deal that this app was running for NordVPN. It was 90% off normal price with the cash back. I just saw that the cash back was now available to withdraw. I had to wait about a month to get the cash back, but 90% off is worth the wait!

I noticed there is a higher % of cash back when using TopCashback, however also noticed that large purchases didn’t get applied on TopCashback. Tried to contact customer service but TopCashback isn’t working correctly. I’m missing way too many purchases that I made thru TopCashback. I haven’t had issues like this w/ other apps. There isn’t any way to contact customer service for the issue that I’m having and I’m sure many others are having too if they’ve left Ike’s for missing transactions!
