It’s such a pain to refund your money after attempts to buy tickets which was failed due to their system failure.
They wouldn’t reply and follow up with the cases on proper time and as a result the passenger would be stressed and possibly stranded.

Due to there refund policy I would not appreciate this company and would never use and recommend them to anyone.

So I downloaded tiketcom thinking that they are already selling tickets for Infinity War. But it’s just a gimmick to make users download. There’s no Infinity War tickets for sale on the application. I don’t like misleading application like this. They should not be allowed to advertise if they don’t have the tickets for sale yet.

Hotel n flight ticket cheaper than others.
Easy to book too.
Hopefully hv more promo soon.

Smooth and easy process

Maybe it’s easier to buy tickets straight at the train station. Not sure. I did this . Awkward process, but I got to where I was going.

So far tiketcom is really good with the discount, but booking is as hard as hell. Crazy long loading, server error, maintance etc. Have waited for an hour plus AND still useless. Man. What a waste of time.

So i just updated tiketcom. And i lost most of my profile traveler. And i can’t add more profile. The previous version is better.

Cannot enter the flight searching page

Cannot find flights, customer service useless cannot help find solution

Saya lebih suka tampilan design logo yg lama, dan penempatan fitur versi lama. Versi baru sering sekali saya terlewat karena warna birunya mirip dengan twitter, apps store, BCA mobile.

I saw the refund feature in the latest app release notes. But I can't find it anywhere inside tiketcom .

Always crash when trying to book Tiket Kereta Api. Please update your apps or just remove it from appstore

Saya pengguna aplikasi ini, tapi bukan berarti lo bisa bebas spam notif berkali2 dalam seharu ke pengguna lu semau lu sendiri njeng!!!

Update app di ios malah ga bisa di buka aplikasinya. Crash terus

Suka banget sama aplikasi tiket.com. Customer service juga tanggap untuk masalah penggantian nomor telepon saya. Saya jelaskan masalahnya melalui email dan kurang dari 24 jam, masalah tersebut tertangani.
