I have an unauthorized charge in the amount of $21.99 that was withdrew from my checking account on March 3. I did not authorize that I have not been into your store and well over a year. I want this investigated and I want these funds returned
I SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FOR AUGUST AND WHEN IT CAME TO THE END OF MONTH I ASKED IF WOULD BE THE SAME PRICE AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE BUT WHEN I WENT TO TAN THE LAST OF THE MONTH THE WORKER TOLD ME I HAD A DIFFERENT PRICE BEFORE I COULD TAN AND I ALSO TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD FREEZE MY AQCCOUNT NOW I'M TRYING TO GET BILLED FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP.
SunTan City is taking 21.90 out of my bank account without my permission. I last was at Suntan City in 2024 froze my account then later stopped the freeze after my husband passed away in November 2024. Last month and this month 21.90 came out of my banking account. Please refund this and close out my account. I did not authorize this to come out nor do I plan on returning to SunTan City since i do not drive anymore. Thank you Dorothy lacefield
I use the Lynchburg Va location on Wards Road. I was in there in September and let the lady helping me that I needed to freeze my membership, I will not be tanning after that time until next spring. I called back today 10/2/2025 spoke with Madison she looked up my membership and said that membership was cancelled not frozen. The staff member that cancelled my membership was someone that I had not seen before. Madison called 'Corporate" to have this corrected. She called me back and said that it was now frozen not cancelled and I still had my points but I was going to be charged for another month of tanning. I do not want to be charged, this was no fault of my own so I don't think I need to pay for another month. Please look into this so that it can be resolved Without being charged. I have been a customer since about 2016 at the one at 120 Belvedere Rd in Gallatin, TN I recently had my sister move in with me from Texas, for her birthday I bought her a membership she didn’t really use it that much and last week she moved back to Texas I ask if there was any way since I paid for this on my Visa card that I could get some sort of credit for products or to use on other things than the bed. The manager very sweet said she contacted someone and the answer was no not really sure how this came about did say well maybe I could get a $10.00 credit. REALLY! I am not sure why if all of this is not used why I can I not get something. I think this is very unfair to your customers and one than has been coming to this salon for so long. I would like an explanation that I can understand why? The name on the canceled account was Stella Beard, birthday 7/3/43 and it was in my Visa Gwendolyn T. Ray. Please let me know what maybe someone can do for me, thank you in advance fir your help.

Last year we froze our account and had $5 a month for myself and also for my wife, suntan city is sitting on $110 of our money. We were told when we froze our accounts that any monies that were in our accounts would go towards a tanning package or could be used to purchase product. When we started our tanning this year we were charged the full amount because there wasn’t enough money in our accounts to cover the total amount, $10.99 short on each account. I spoke to a service representative and was told there was a policy change since we froze our accounts a year ago. We were not notified of any changes and was told they do not do refunds, our money is simply just a credit to them. Sure, I can purchase product but why would I one of their products, when I can go elsewhere and purchase the same product for about 1/2 the price. That’s one hell of a way to treat their clients, especially senior citizens!!!🤬🤬🤬

Go to planet fitness. It’s cheaper, you get more for your money and the business actually cares about you. No big deal, on the first of the month my charge did not go through. I called the salon the girl told me my card declined I wouldn’t be charged again until I brought in a card that worked. That was fine because I couldn’t afford it that month. On the 7th I was charged. No big deal right? They can just give me a refund. Absolutely not. They did everything in their power not to give it to me and we’re rude all the way. I spoke to three girls, two of the three were horrible. I spoke to upper management and I was told they were gonna track my call and call me back with an answer. The next day a rude lady calls me back saying that she checked for a call that I had made on the first and the girl hadn’t said that. I told her I had not called on the first as they weren’t open I called on the second or third could she check that call... all of a sudden actually she couldn’t track those calls to the salon and there was nothing else she could do for me I would have to pay. Surely a big company like that can give a $32 refund when someone gives out false information. Not only that I spent so much of my time on the phone being belittled and made to feel like an idiot for suggesting I might get my money back. Awful. Go elsewhere.

I’ve had this App on my phone since it came out. It used to be easy to navigate, that is, after you opened it, closed it and then opened it again. For a week now it won’t even let me past the sign in. The circle just goes around and around until you give up. I was told my package that I have been paying for for years was discontinued and wanted to see exactly what I was charged for if it no longer exists. I also wanted to check in online which is actually a waste of time. The wait times are always wrong. Half the salons get furious if you didn’t check in online first and the others tell you it doesn’t matter, because people walk in and snag your spot. This App is a complete waste of time!

I have been tanning here for years in the past couple months the staff have gotten less and less friendly. The past 5 times I’ve gone in the girls do not smile do not offer any assistance and are just rude I even said something to one of them one day she just rolled her eyes and walked away.I went in last night with my daughter the girl that has worked there for quite sometime acted like she didn’t know ours names my daughter was asking about a certain bed she didn’t respond I had to explain. The bathroom was dirty I’ve never seen that before. I’m not sure what’s happening but the Sango express tan needs different workers. I pay 49$ a month and don’t like going bc the way the workers act. Please do something I’m ready to take my business somewhere else!
