Timely and Accurate
4 & 1/2 Stars. Gives great forecasts with up-to-date weather report videos on the hour. Everything loads very fast. Complete with local radar, weather alerts, weather news articles, and some other helpful videos. Weak point: For an app titled "CBS Philly Weather" it should not be required to enter a central location upon first use, as IMO default setting should just be Philadelphia.
