Doesn’t even give you a tracking number or an update. Not an easy interface. Basically no customer service. The person I sent to card to (in advance obviously) was May 25 he didn’t get it till June 3
I don’t live that far away from the state the post card or card are being shipped from but still it takes about 1 month to arrive. Ridiculous ! Valentine still didn’t get their Valentine’s. What a waste of time. Is there still a back up problem with the mail or does the company not really ship card out when they say they did? I got cards from family that lives in a different state than me and it only took about 2 or 3 days so something is very strange here. Has anyone else waited about a month For delivery?
I am testing this to use overseas on an upcoming trip however it is now been over three weeks since the first card was ordered and it has not been received. When tapping on it has not been received. It tells me it will be there by the end of May, how do I get my money back?
I've loved these cards for random postcards but do not suggest using for anything that needs delivery in a certain window. This is the second (and now the last) Christmas I’ve used them. The cards are too expensive for the service we receive. I sent 20+ Christmas cards in the first few days of December. Only 2 made it to the recipients before mid-January and one was postmarked from Germany! When I contacted this app they told me to just wait - that the post office was slow. So slow it took two months to deliver 20 different Christmas cards but not any of the mail I sent myself? One they found was mis-printed so they resent it and it arrived in February. Had I not messaged it would not have even been sent. I will no longer use them for things I want to ensure arrive on time…or at all for that matter.
The signature feature doesn’t work with the new iOS yet. You cannot draw in the square to write your signature.
Works well every time. The picture quality is like a professional photographer. I have sent to 2 countries and had no problem. Everyone loves the cards so much. My family has started to frame them and they look great! Thank you Simply Cards!!
SimplyCards has been great. My MIL doesn’t have Internet and with the pandemic we haven’t been able to meet her new granddaughter. So sending her pictures has been a god sent.

We actually were the recipient of two postcards and really loved the quality. It’s a great idea to send a quality photo postcard to your family and friends. Hence, you could even send a postcard with you vacation images too.

I love that I can create my own design and have an affordable way to mail it (cheaper than buying a postcard and sending it through regular mail). Additionally, the recipients receive them fairly quick! Overall, a service I will continue using!

This is the easiest, most reasonably priced, and fastest delivery of any postcard app. I send pics to my grandchildren who live far away. They LOVE seeing photos of the family pets, photos of grandparents, and especially photos of themselves from times that we visit. So easy, and big smiles with little effort!
