I don’t live that far away from the state the post card or card are being shipped from but still it takes about 1 month to arrive. Ridiculous ! Valentine still didn’t get their Valentine’s. What a waste of time. Is there still a back up problem with the mail or does the company not really ship card out when they say they did? I got cards from family that lives in a different state than me and it only took about 2 or 3 days so something is very strange here. Has anyone else waited about a month For delivery?

I am testing this to use overseas on an upcoming trip however it is now been over three weeks since the first card was ordered and it has not been received. When tapping on it has not been received. It tells me it will be there by the end of May, how do I get my money back?

Doesn’t even give you a tracking number or an update. Not an easy interface. Basically no customer service. The person I sent to card to (in advance obviously) was May 25 he didn’t get it till June 3
