terrible app and interface
Useless and garbage, all it can do is check the current balance, doesn’t even list recent transactions. When will there be mobile check deposit available? Really disappointed a big bank like HSBC doesn’t have the basic needs of mobile banking. Do they not have app developers, a child could program a better app than this.

Worst banking app ever
Checking your last transactions, which is very basic , is impossible. After I click on balance amount to see recent transactions, it throws error saying date range provided is outside of limit. I never provided any date range. And there is no option to change date range. Frustrating.

Customer service is non existent as none of the agents have the ability to actually resolve problems they just generate tickets that go to departments customers are not allowed to speak to so nothing gets done in a timely manner if at all
