You can do money transfer even to existing beneficiaries ! I spoke to my RM and they said it’s for my account safety. What’s the point of this app if you cannot transact ?

Useless and garbage, all it can do is check the current balance, doesn’t even list recent transactions.
When will there be mobile check deposit available? Really disappointed a big bank like HSBC doesn’t have the basic needs of mobile banking. Do they not have app developers, a child could program a better app than this.

Checking your last transactions, which is very basic , is impossible. After I click on balance amount to see recent transactions, it throws error saying date range provided is outside of limit. I never provided any date range. And there is no option to change date range. Frustrating.
