When ads run, screen freezes black before and in between ads. The video plays fine
When it's time for ads, the screen goes black. I have to hit return, then resume to get back to movie.
I keep getting error message. RO-3-201--1. How do I fix this?
Internet went out while watching tubi on my ps4 when internet came back on cant connect to any videos tried the app on my phone and noticed wasn't working there either
I'm watching Dark Shadows on XBox One and get an error. I contacted their CS by phone and got an automated text that was cut off at the word 'message' so that it said 'this is an automated mess.' I tried by e-mail on my computer, and got the automated email, indicated that they confirm receipt, with a ticket number and a message about how they are experiencing a high volume of requests and I may experience a delayed response. I guess that means over 24 hours, because I haven't heard from them since. The error only occurs on that one title, and the error number is xb-4-100. The error only occurs on the XBox, which I have power cycled, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, all the basic steps, yada yada.. Frankly, that is the only show I'm currently interested in, and I won't use Pluto since I hate the way they run their ads, so I'm a little irritated that the one show I want to see is experiencing an error that doesn't exist online, that is apparently going to be researched by Tubi's "small team" of support staff, which is already backed up like crazy. Luckily I should just be able to watch it on the computer?
Tubi app freezes and stop screening and then restart screening after a long pause.
