The insight app stopped working on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. "Ploy to force "Bridge"?
Your app hasn’t worked for at least 3 or 4 days
finally connected to meter but not getting any readings, it's 2 day behind with any info
Unable to sign in. I deleteed the app and reloaded. Unpluge the power to the DTE Energey box. Turned it back on after 2 minutes. Normally It fixes the problem. I can not sin in on the browser either. Maybe your surver is down or you are doing maintenace. My DTE account is 9100 107 6463.
Ever since the first power outage in Macomb Township, my DTE insight has not been receiving or picking up data. I am connected to the Internet, but I am having no data recording. Please help
Hard to connect to internet hasn’t connect to energy bridge in over year. Will give me usages from day before but not while on use for today don’t want to wait a day for totals. Todays isn’t showing. Yesterday or previous days won’t show up until after 3 pm
