I was told by my school system I needed SchoolMint to register my child for kindergarten I’ve downloaded it and it won’t allow me to click on my school system to log in to SchoolMint so I can register. I’ve called the support line several times sat on hold forever and was made to leave a message for a call back and have still weeks later not received a call back for any of my voicemails. I am able to select other school systems but not our school system. Very disappointed. And the school system advises for help with SchoolMint only school mint support can help but they won’t answer or return my calls

I ended up being able to figure everything out, and it did save a lot of time.

Small negatives:
-can only upload photos, not saved documents (if they were emailed to me, for example)
-have to fill out forms first or the drop down boxes seem to be broken and won’t populate in the application. Since the application tab is on the left, it’s natural to go there first, so it’s not intuitive to start with forms with a prompt.
-schools appeared greyed out before enrollment was open, but without explanation.

Disturbingly crappy app! I had to use it to apply to school. User interface must have been designed by a child. Who uses white input characters on a white background? Very unprofessional and poorly designed.

If only you could say those two things about every application process! Well done, app creators.

SchoolMint is easy to navigate and saves time when you are not able to get to your desktop or laptop! Great job App Developers!!!

Works well, updated frequently great way to see where you are in the waiting list for your children school.

Amazingly convenient and intuitive. Application process was a breeze.

I was able to enroll my son to a new school down the street from my house. It was fast and easy.

I was able to submit application for my son within five minutes.

I’ve literally had SchoolMint for 2 minutes and already there are MAJOR issues!! I can’t find my school, it won’t search for anything, i can’t type, it won’t pull up the drop down for language selection. EVERYTHING IS BLANK! Nothing works. I’ve uninstalled and closed SchoolMint , etc. nothing. This isn’t a helpful app at all.

All else was fine except the birth certificate upload. It asks for a pdf of the doc but you can only upload a photo. And the photo is the wrong size. Change this!

This is just so fast and easy love this not even five minutes it took

I just downloaded to add my child to a waitlist and every time I have tried to put in my child’s current school, it crashes and I can’t finish the application. I’ve restarted my phone and closed SchoolMint but nothing has helped.

Trash. I’ve tried emailing school mint for help for my child but even their response was no help at all. They responded with a generic answer and didn’t bother to even read my concern. Using SchoolMint is so bad I hope schools go back or change to a different provider because school mint just simply trash.

Excellent app, but I blame the school for making me use SchoolMint. I feel like I'm at a self checkout. Impersonal.
