The new application is not at all useable. It refuses to accept more than one photo per claim saying that the second will exceed 15 megabytes beside it crashes and has a complicated UI comparing to the old version. I really don’t understand why to release a new update which is not properly tested where the old version of the application was working problem free for years.

When I try to install AllianzMyHealth , I get a message saying “this link will open in your browser or email app, do you wish to proceed?”. If I click “No”, nothing happens. If I click yes, I am redirected to browser and I have to sign in into the email app every single time to file a claim. This is highly inconvenient. I have emailed Allianz to ask support and no one reached out.
I have an iPhone XR.
I was able to download AllianzMyHealth no problem on my previous iPhone 7s.

With the new update I was not able to access my policy section as it was distorted and un-clickable as well as an overlapping of Columns, another issue the interface is not for the iPhoneX which make the in app features look funny.

Hope to get this resolved soon!

I see improvement from last version, but this release lost basic functionalities (es. remember account/ password). Not possible to use Face ID/finger print and having wthite/light grey background plus writing in white doesn’t make the reading possible.
I think Allianze and your valuable customer you deserve something better.
Checking detailed status of submitted claim is still difficult.
Of course I’m available for better explain if required, I could have any wrong setting ?

This really needs “2ד resolution and graphics : it’s still stuck in the iPhone 4 days and uses iOS 3 HID/GUI.

Some processes are forms with pickers.
Other optional, and some mandatory (!?) processes are in separate areas and have non-standard elements.

For example, why is the “image” function a proprietary camera interface? It’s neither the iOS-provided one, nor a picker for images and files.

Elements where you can’t tell if it’s tappable or not, or loaded or not, are…what, just there for exploration and fun?

Some info is in an external web page, accessed via a popup. Some is a PDF in a web-view. Some things that look like menu items actually dial the phone!

I’ll help you redesign it for a modest fee. ;-)

It should fill in all the fields using artificial intelligence so that the user only verifies and edits. That will improve the experience, reduce time to submit a claim. Also they need to stabilize AllianzMyHealth , it crashed twice in one claim of multiple invoices. And it is not very responsive, slow.
But I still give 3 stars because it is much better than a spreadsheet...

Hi there — the latest update has a number of areas that use white text on light background, making it difficult, if not impossible, to read. Is there a fix from the user end?

Inconvenient to search every time for password etc.

After the last update its hanging out?! And can’t even following the claims or even submiting a new ones ! Disappointing

I love the invoice submission portal. Insurance is quick to process my claims once I have submitted them through AllianzMyHealth. Sometimes there are glitches but they are usually quick to be resolved. The one frustrating experience I have had is that when I submitted a claim to be processed and the color changed to indicate a status change, it specified that more information was needed. Well, at this point I had submitted too many claims to know which invoice this request referred to. I have to call customer service to ask them to look at my records to see for which claim more information is being asked, as this information is not accessible on AllianzMyHealth . Definitely a chore. Otherwise, great idea and conception.

It is great that we can generate our insurance membership card into a pdf. However, it would be progressive and even better to have an option to generate this membership card into Apple Wallet. This will be even more convenient!

The phone gallery should also be accessible when uploading invoices.

AllianzMyHealth is usable again and bugs were fixed. Face ID works perfectly and app looks great on iPhone 12 Pro Max. I hope you will also add support for dark mode in the future updates.

The is APP is not customer friendly to use!
The steps must be more simple like other medical insurance companies.
Please try to improve the steps .

Too bad we cannot submit PDF receipts uploads, but only take photos with camera. It makes it difficult for online receipts

AllianzMyHealth is very user-friendly and makes the filing of the claim very fast and efficient. I hope the claim process is fast too. Thank you.

AllianzMyHealth would be perfect if it would allow to attach files, instead of only pictures. Great app

Great app! Fantastic improvement over the old way of filing claims. I can file any time of the day, and day of the week. Quick reimbursement from Allianz, too. Very happy!
