The most complex user experience of any bank in the world

You cannot make banking any more complex to use than DBK bank. If you ever happen to change your phone - locked out of your banking. Forgot to update your phone number - good luck getting back in. International number - not supported. It is not intuitive, complex and designed with a terrible UI. Like Internet from 2000 or so.

This secure service is so secure it even prevents the actual user account holder from accessing it on a regular basis. Makes me want to switch my bank to a bank where they know what they are doing
