You cannot make banking any more complex to use than DBK bank. If you ever happen to change your phone - locked out of your banking. Forgot to update your phone number - good luck getting back in. International number - not supported. It is not intuitive, complex and designed with a terrible UI. Like Internet from 2000 or so.

I don’t know how a bank can use such a crappy program to enhance their security. It’s user unfriendly and hard to get to work. Why is always a letter needed to change anything in the program.

Handy gewechselt, Nix geht mehr. Kundenservice blafft einen an wenn man am Samstag Abend anruft, auch mit freischalt Code per Post kommt man nicht mehr in seine App. Unglaublich veraltet alles….

Without these features it’s horrible to use DKBTAN2go. It’s easier to use this old fashioned paper list as DKBTAN2go to send money to someone! Don’t understand why? Security reasons? blah blah blah! don’t care! ☝🏼

DKBTAN2go basically locked me out of my account. DKBTAN2go constantly crashes so I can’t log in to my bank account anymore. What a fail!

DKBTAN2go is terrible and only works for a short time before you have to reset , get on the phone a d wait and wait and wait

This secure service is so secure it even prevents the actual user account holder from accessing it on a regular basis. Makes me want to switch my bank to a bank where they know what they are doing

App does not receive TAN due long latency. Essentially it does not work. Because you need the TAN to access the account you are now looked out. No recovery. Essentially it is a brick gor your account and the IT department should get fired. Another German Quality product like BER, VW Diesel etc.

DKBTAN2go is the worst I have ever had.
I cannot log into my online banking anymore because it needs to be verified by DKBTAN2go, which I can’t set up because I would need to be logged into my account in order to do this.
The whole idea of making banking save totally failed here cause no I can’t do anything at all ... guess that is save?!

Ich bin nun fünf Monate bei der DKB und habe immer noch keinen Zugang zu meinem online Banking. Ich bin echt verzweifelt!!! Nichts funktioniert mit dieser App.

Terrible app. Works like 10% of the times, and any changes or mistakes require a phone call and waiting several days for a letter to arrive. If you’re feeling nostalgic and want to remember how banking worked the last century, go ahead and use DKB, for everything else, there’s MasterCard (from another bank)

DKBTAN2go is serious trash. i am considering switching to another bank because of how bad this is.

and to your stadard response that i can use the dkb app…
have you ever used these apps yourself?
they are supposed to work together.
so if the tan2go doesnt work (80% of the time btw) you can not log into the other.
your response is as worthless as DKBTAN2go .

Alles neu, nur leider das wichtigste Feature, Touch-ID vergessen. Schade. Ansonsten macht die App aber was sie soll.

Ich mag aber, dass die App auch im US Store erhältlich ist und dass sie weniger als 7MB wiegt.

I actually like DKBTAN2go. It does what it’s supposed to. Only downside is if you reset your device you have to get a new letter sent to you. But otherwise ok!

Eine gute Bank, doch durch die neue Regel, komme ich gar nicht mehr in meinen Account rein. Nach der Registrierung, hat sich die App automatisch abgemeldet. Jetzt funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Neuanmeldung nur mit der App möglich, die aber nicht funktioniert. Absolute Katastrophe. DKB hat einen großen Fehler gemacht und Kunden vergrault.

Die App funktioniert hinten und vorne nicht. Ich wurde zweimal ausgesperrt und brauchte einen freischaltcode der Bank, der per Post zugeschickt wird. Der Grund? FaceID übermittle manchmal ein schlechtes Bild, dann werde die App „aus Sicherheitsgründen“ gesperrt. Sagt tech support. Reiner Quatsch. Als würden andere Bank- und Finanzapps kein FaceID benutzen. Wenn dann der Brief von der Bank drei Tage später kommt, funktioniert der QR-Code nicht, sodass man endlose Codes eintippen muss. Das alles, um eine tan zu erhalten. Nein danke!

Die App und das ganze tan2go System haben einen riesigen Fehler. Falls man sich ein neues Telefon zulegt und nicht vorher einplant, wie man die App auf dem neuen Telefon nutzt (App erkennt das neue Telefon nicht an, trotz icloud Übertragung) muss man einen neuen Registrierungsbrief beantragen per Email, weil man sich nicht mehr einloggen kann. Leider war meine Telefonnummer nicht mehr aktuell im Account. Dadurch muss ich nun 4 Wochen auf meinen neuen Registrierungsbrief warten, währenddessen ich mich nicht einloggen kann und kein internet banking betreiben kann. Ich befinde mich zur Zeit im Ausland und benötige die Überweisungen online. Vielen Dank DKB.

TANs können in 50% der Fälle nicht abgerufen werden, da sich die Anwendung aufhängt. Wie schwierig kann es sein (im Jahr 2019) seinen Kunden eine funktionstüchtige App zur Verfügung zu stellen?! Bezüglich Digitalisierung haben deutsche Banken generell im Vergleich zu Österreich und den meisten anderen Ländern Europas extremen Nachholbedarf. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel an „George“, der Onlinebanking App von der Ersten Bank in Österreich, simple aufgebaut und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Seit Wochen versuche ich ins Konto zu kommen, nichts aber auch gar nichts funktioniert.
Ich mag meine DKB und bin sonnst sehr zufrieden, warum kann man nich lassen wie es ? Eine Sicherheit ist das nicht.

Ein eigner Anmeldename für TAN2go! Muss das sein? Nein, natürlich nicht. Denkt doch bitte an Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Außerdem ist Touch-ID ein absolutes Muß!
