Crashed twice. Blank screen @ payment. Then error message that read “something went wrong, please try again later.

I attempted the customer service “chat” bot to get help. Again blank, then app crashed. Worthless. Deleted app after wasting so much time. They better not have kept my card info or charged me for the car when screen went blank.

CarzUP doesn’t work. I showed up at the counter and showed them my confirmation number and nothing nada zip.

I was excited, then when I went to enter the dates for my trip, it crashed twice in a row. Immediately deleted.

I downloaded CarzUP since I rent cars on a regular basis. I quickly learned that the car rental prices are substantially higher than if you went to the company you would react the car from. Adding a middle man just adds more to your price.

This is a good app but recently been messing up. It has bugs. When I go pick the date and the time I can’t see it

CarzUP itself, looks amazing, it is beautiful. The renting of cars and hotel rooms works great other than an error when I tried to look at the picture of the car(CarzUP stopped responding). It really helps for last minute reservations and car rentals.

this app also lists the rental locations that I love, (the one with complimentary pickup and drop off, to and from my home) when Hotwire does not. It’s minimalist, user friendly app makes it a fresh, clear, peaceful experience to use. All the information is there without wondering whether you might have missed something. What a find.

I was looking for two days for a rental car . CarzUP was already on my iPad . Very happy finding my rental through CarzUP , also my emails showed my Insurance policy & rental car for pickup. I noticed the insurance was the only payment was paid up front. 9.00 a day . I only paid total of my rental when I get to my destination .😃😃😃😃

So far insurance and booking was pretty cool

I use CarzUP once in Texas and was able to get a good deal on my rental. Definitely using this again! (Which I Did ✔️)

Overall I just used CarzUP booked without paying. Only concern is I have no insurance but I check yes for $9 coverage insurance for the rental hopefully that $9 counts on to the bill and no hidden crap!

I always try to plan trips in advance. CarzUP is amazing allowing me to pay later. I haven't gone through the whole process yet but booking has been wonderful
