If you can’t edit/remove the text, what the point in existing as an app?

This is like hiring a plastic surgeon that only performs colonoscopies.

In Designkit description they say that you can edit/modify the text in order to have your own title or text.
Instead most of the time YOU CANNOT personalize the default text that comes with each preset.
Why would I be interested in keeping the titles you chose for me?
some are even bad text or senseless sentences

if you want to buy Designkit, be aware that most of the time you won't be able
to personalize your layout, and that includes titles and text.

I hope to see this changed in future updates. This could be a 5 stars app, instead I find it unusable
because of the limitation of associating words to your pictures that the developer chose. 99 percent of the time they have nothing to do with the content of your pictures.

Also, the developer should
remove the misleading app description where it states that you can modify the text

Although there are some good frames in Designkit and it was easy to use, it doesn't give you many options. You choose a frame, five pictures or less, filters, and text. Although that seems good enough, it didn't give me much ability to customize the poster. You can't choose different colors or fonts, you can't change the color of the background, there's only one text box per frame, and there is writing all over some of the frames that can't be removed.

Is there a way to switch Designkit to English? I’m confused haha

This is a hard review to write. On one hand I love the layouts and the templates. Being able to add up to 5 pictures makes it fun without going overboard with too many. I like the filters- again a good assortment without the problem of forgetting the first filters you browsed by the time you get to the end. I even like some parts of the TEXT already on the templates. Maybe I'm alone here but I can't imagine why I would want to use an app (even with all the positive attributes listed above) if I could NOT ADD my own text? On top of that I HAVE TO have the dev's quotes, quips, etc on MY poster which is covered with my personal photos??? I thought to myself, "Self, that doesn't make sense!! There has to be a button I'm missing or a step I skipped." I went back and forth and over and over the description of Designkit but nope- I guess maybe it's meant to be like a greeting card that you can stick some of your own pictures in??? Or maybe they are going to change it, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE?!?! I'd really love to use Designkit- I just can't until this one thing is changed.

When It can be read. It would be nice to see English through the entire App. It would also be nice to edit all text, and colors.

I’m enjoying the layouts but we would appreciate more fonts and features. How do you save the poster to my camera roll?

Many choices and easy to use. If it is allowed users to add texts freely that would be better.

Ok Designkit is amazing for making beautiful posters and collages! I love the wonderful themes and enjoy how many more free ones are available for download. However, I wish you only had to download one theme instead of all the different ones for all the different amounts of pictures. I also suggest that we be able to delete some of the excessive text because the quotes and stuff are really annoying (Except for your water mark, I get that). My final suggestion would be for an option to change the size of the posters. Like to square for Instagram etc. otherwise great app! Keep up the good work 👍🏼

It's nice that I can change the location of the photos easily at the poster layout. It's better than some other apps because of this reason. But the only thing I wish it can improve is the number of photos I can select. It's limiting users to select 5 photos while some other apps allow 9 photos.

Every review expresses the same thoughts. Great templates and we all would pay to have unwanted text and/or watermarks removes. I hope they fix this soon.

I had been using phoster app before but that wasnt the best app for me so i stumbled upon posterlabs oneday and since the day I started using it I never went back to any other app its a mindblowing app I am totally in love with it it has got intuitive and best experience overall and above all I appreciate this developers effort for keeping Designkit free Hats off to you!!! Complete 5 stars Designkit deserves.

Fun to use.

This kickass app takes your everyday pic and turns em into beautiful & authentic looking posters, portraits, magazines. The only complaint that I have is I'm unable to move some of the quotes that don't sound right & I want to use the style but can't. Other than that it's awesome and does exactly what it says! Thanks guys& gals

Love Designkit!

This is a great app, I can use it for almost anything! It lets me create collages that I would have never thought to have made in other apps or crafts outside of my phone. It is also very handy when I want to quickly create a collage because I have no time! Like I said before, great app!!

Since we always take so much pics with our phone for food, Designkit actually helps a lot and make photo collage easier. Many templates with simple editing on photos as well.

This surpassed what i expected from Designkit, its so easy and fun to use. I really like how Designkit allows you to add up to 5 pictures to the poster. Truly amazing app, looking forward to what other features the developer might add. Keep up the good work! 😊
