1. My address is correct in every part of DosToros . However it gets handed off to it’s delivery side, it’s wrong 100% of the time. The doorman at a building ¼ mile away has called me asking why he’s getting my food. If I call the store to report it and tell them I haven’t received my order they don’t believe me because their system has the correct address. I can’t win.

For this reason alone I’m never ordering from it again.

2. DosToros takes a long time to total the order up. Say I have 2 burritos and go to checkout. Takes a good 5-10 seconds to change screen with payment screen.

This company is going for bad to worse. DosToros is not reflecting how much I have spent during the past few months to get a reward.

No accountability! Ordered through DosToros , and when my order didn’t arrive, the restaurant blamed it on the third party that they use for delivery. Such a poor customer service experience

DosToros is jot working for me. 2 times had lunch and received no rewaed credit. Ofcourse taqueria don’t know anything about app. I ask what do do and they say they dont know. I used one time fine and got $5 joining bonus. Then next time nothing. Next no credit also. It beeps like all i good.

DosToros was glitching for over an hour and would not process my order, then when I would re-start and re-enter my order, the reward I wanted to apply would go missing. After several failed attempts it finally worked. Found app to be not very user friendly and glitchy.

The previous version of DosToros was much more user friendly and didn’t cause to lose of on points.
This new version is terrible. Why separate the loyalty points and pay. Have to scan two different QR codes each time. Always leading to issues at the register and causing a back up.

this has to be the worst rewards program . they also discriminate by not accepting cash

Can’t even get past the second page.

No way for users to sign in.

The old app was better. Love their food, but DosToros is super annoying. Also it doesn’t tracks rewards properly and you will get jipped.

Part of my delivery order was missing upon arrival. There is no way at all in DosToros to report this or any other issues with an order. This is my very first delivery order - so frustrating and I won’t be ordering delivery again with DosToros given this.

Won't let you know what items isn't in stock so you have to do your order multiple times.

Love dos toros. DosToros is just terrible though. Would be awesome if it was reworked.

DosToros works for ordering from scratch, but any attempt to edit an existing order and place a similar but not exactly the same order results in having to delete the entire order and re-enter it. Reordering a previous order verbatim works, but the previous orders are displayed in such a way that it’s impossible to see what’s in them.

Need to add the Ft of tracking the order live.

I would order more often, but the delivery is ALWAYS twice as long as expected. Let’s see what happens tonight. When I call the restaurant, they always blame the delivery companies, but the restaurant hires them.

There is no option to choose rice in the RICE and bean nachos. Please fix it so I don’t have to add in the notes to add rice.

My biggest issue with DosToros is that if your closest dt is closed, you cannot order delivery from another location!! I live in nyc and there are tons of dts but since my local location isn’t open on the weekends it just doesn’t let me order delivery. Pretty annoying. There are lots of other issues too, but can live with them for my love for dos toros. Rewards are great!

Not having plant based main course is bad

This new app is great! Makes it so easy to order my food!! Love it! Wish more apps were like this one.

DosToros is awesome. I love seeing the little burrito fill up!! Much better than a rewards card that gets lost super easily, and $3 just for downloading is excellent

App is easy to use. They service is always fast. Have no problems at all.

My favorite order is the Carnitas Tacos 🌮 add guacamole 🥑 and BOOM 💥
