The worst app ever. It has never worked properly. It won't update and is basically useless for tracking what it says will track. But the even bigger problem is their customer service. It's a standard 24-48 hours for them to respond to ANY request for help when the app isn't working. And this isn't me just saying they take a long time to respond. That's their company policy!!! I can get anything shipped to me from anywhere in the world in less than 24 hours, but this company can't even respond to an email in less than 48 hours. On top of that, they still took 4 days to respond. I finally asked for my money back. I've been switched to THREE different departments now. Finally I reached the "accounts dept", and it's going on 6 days I am waiting to hear back from them. I am forwarding all of my correspondence to the Apple Store if I don't hear from them by end of business day tomorrow. My advice...stay away from this app.

This app will seem to work just fine in the beginning UNTIL you want to view the reports you set up that were supposed to be backed up in iCloud, view locations, view calls, or view SMS. The app doesn’t download squat! I bought this app November 2017 and it has NEVER worked. I have spent an endless amount of time emailing back and forth and demanding a refund from the beginning and all I get is what appears to be robotic email responses that don’t tell me how to fix any of my issues. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Before I purchased it, I did my research and EVEN CALLED their customer service. When I actually bought it, and had questions after, miraculously, they don’t offer phone support only emails. Like I said, I feel that I got burned and someone stole my $40!! Like another person said, I am going to purchase another app that works and has phone support and ditch these criminals!!! ....cut my losses

In august I purchased this for my three kids iPhones after asking all of my questions directly to the support before purchasing. They knew I wanted it for all three iPhones. After purchasing it I was told that only one iPhone license was covered. So I told them I wanted a refund and would have to go to another company because I needed all three iPhones monitored. They said they would process my refund. I kept following up month after month and getting the run around about my refund being processed. Then in October I get an email that said now they have the capability for more than one iPhone license. I told them I already went with another company and wanted my refund immediately. Then I get an email stating the following:
“Dear Customer,
Since you have purchased this license from App Store, so there is no option for us to refund it from our end. It's customer driven, so kindly check and follow instruction of below mentioned link in order to get refund:”
So I had to wait over two months for them to send me a link for me to get my refund. They could have told me this in August. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. They were giving me the runaround on purpose until they could get more than one license.
