Just as everyone on here is saying, 3 day trial worked great and then I spent the money and tracking stops updating location for hours at a time. Sometimes 12 hours or longer even when my sons phone is on wifi at home right beside me. So mad this took a turn after I purchased it. Feels like a scam!!!! I can not talk to anyone and have sent a dozen emails and NO response! Want a refund but cant get it!!!!

I got the three day trial and was happy with it no issues then I was charged for the year I was okay with that then the app didn’t work at all it won’t retrieve data or anything I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times I’ve also tried disconnecting his device and reconnecting it and nothing seems to work there is no phone number to get ahold of these people. Not no one is helping me with a refund at all I’m pissed. I was a refund

Your app is being use by a stalker to spy on my phone. And caused many problems with in my family Amd life and had led to me and my family being gang stalked and my house is being destroyed by stalkers. You should be held accountable. Anyone can say they are a "parent" and that my phone is a child's. It most certainly IS NOT I will pursue a law suit if this continues. You will be held accountable

Hi, I am having issues on this app, the application were only blocked from 22:00 - 07:00 but it seems the app were not accessible that is causing a fight between my kids. I signed up for the 3 day trial. I tried to install the app on my son's phone but it never worked. The app on my phone says that there is a problem with his install. I can't uninstall it or do anything with it. Now the trial is over an I have been charged with the annual subscription fee. There is no number to call for help. I want to cancel and I want my money back since it never was operational.

Hi I have recently subscribed to a yearly subscription of your app, for my sons phone. I have the apps to turn off, at 22.00 and resume at 7.00hrs. However at 22.00 hrs the phone is not turning off. The app isn’t working for the screen time limits. When I go to check his location it is not updating in real time. When he’s home it’s also saying he arrives to the bus stop. I would like for all these features to work, if not I want my money back.

Hi I have recently subscribed to a yearly subscription of your app, for my daughters phone. I have the apps to turn off, at 21.30 and resume at 7.00hrs. However at 7.00hrs the phone is not turning on and I am having to delete the app to get her phone working again. When I go to check her location it is not updating in real time. I can't see on the app, how to filter in to get a notification of language or bullying, or how much screen time ie a report as per your app description that she spends on certain apps. It is working to block website content and block downloading of apps as per setting of age. I have set everything up accordingly. Could you please advise. Kind regards Keith

Parents should make their they install Parental control apps on their phones to ensure their safety. I can't get this to work at all. From the reviews I am reading, you don't stand behind your product with any kind of guarantee. If someone will call or text me at 859 2272723 and help me get this up and running, fine. If not I am contesting payment. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. The app will not install on my child’s phone.

I am a child who has this app on my phone, I am 13 years old (girl). The app works good in all but sometimes when I would try to talk to my friends it would block me from the whole app then I would try to go back in and it would log me out of my whole account. This app makes your whole phone SLOW. If your parent set a screen time limit it WONT even give you a heads up saying “5 minutes left”. Its so annoying because I would be listening to music or having a conversation and it would just say “screen time limit is up” then when I try to go back in and everything gets all glitchy. The app makes me feel like If I do one thing wrong I will have a really bad consequence. It also makes me feel untrustworthy of my parents. Then I see other people being able to be free and FaceTime there friends and make plans to hangout and I’ll be just watching them have fun while my screen time is all used up. When I’m on my phone the app causes me to have anxiety because i feel like someone is over my shoulder and i don’t know what is finna show on any of my apps.

Great idea .......however

Location services are not accurate or reliable. Often shows the phone in the same place and just stays there for days on end. Nothing seems to resolve this, tried removing and reinstalling on the kids device ,tried the same on my device and still it doesn’t give accurate up to date information. If you are looking for location tracking etc I don’t recommend this app. The app is not free, it doesn’t work as intended and if there is two factor authentication on the device don’t waste your time as 90% of features will not work. If two factor authentication is activated on an apple account it can not be switched off it’s permanently on once set up. Knowing this and understanding the need for good security I find it strange that an app developer is aware of this and can do nothing to make a relatively expensive app work the way they advertise. If they would sort these issues then I would say the app would be 5* but as it stands at the minute it’s a long way from that and I would stay away until the developer has fixed the app to be used as intended and as they advertise.

Very Disappointed!

Based on the reviews, I was very excited about using this app. However it did not live up to the expectations! I downloaded it yesterday afternoon. Upgraded to premium, set all the parameters, and saw the confirmation that everything that I needed blocked or set to a timeframe was successfully done. Went to my son’s iPhone 11, all apps still available. Decided I would give it some time, thinking it may have to update. Left it overnight, tried it this morning, and still nothing blocked. Rebooted the phone, checked my phone to ensure all parameters are set and they were. STILL nothing. I’ve been working on this the better part of my morning, for about 3 hours off and on, and nothing. Went to the website to attempt to send a message, it wouldn’t go through. Finally I canceled my trial period and subscription one day into the trial, smh. And decided to leave a review. Others apparently had great experiences but not mine.
