Our front entrance gate is constantly out of order. And it is not consistent at reading license plates even when the car and license information has been entered in your app multiple times! It is very frustrating for us and our guests. Please have this corrected as soon as possible

Unable to edit my vehicles in MyEnvera , so I’m not sure what cars are actually on my list as license plates are added without notice when you let someone in once. I cannot edit or access the list at all MyEnvera just freezes when I click my vehicles.

I have had names on my list since you took over. Today i got another call for my claning lady whose name has been permanent for at least 5 years! This is at least the 4th time i have been called to let her in Each time i tell the guard she is permanent! What do i have to do to make sure hey look at the list????

Envera installed an entry system to both are community with gates as well as a system for entry into the multi story building. Neither works consistently. Something is wrong with it probably every other week and in some cases even locking us out of our own building. Their services horrible. When you call them, they say they’ll report to the service department for the next day and maybe they’ll be with you before the end of the week. what a huge mistake installing this in our community!

Does MyEnvera ever correctly? After installing originally, it worked just fine. However, the last few months, the login stopped working-says it’s incorrect or isn’t available. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Absolute junk of an app. Would give zero stars if I could.

We give accolades when performance is good and thumbs down, when needing improvement.
Previously felt that this company was providing a more than adequate service however during the last few months, not so much.
Won’t allow some of the people that we approved for entry in and surprised when some show up at door without any notice (as we have signed up for) and very inconsistent service.
Understandable that errors occur, as we are all human however certainly room for improvement is available and implementation of standard procedures.

I moved to a beautiful big house about a month ago, and I started using MyEnvera and with time I’ve noticed that the people that I’ve added it kept disappearing. I added my mom and sister and the gate still calls me to get permission. Very annoying!

Emails tell me that a guest went through , but that guest actually didn’t go through the gate. I was wondering how my family who was supposed to be in school went through the gate? We had to investigate how she ended skipping school…
Another incident was a friend who I was not expecting “supposedly “ went through the gate…. I called her and she said she wasn’t even in town!!

It was inconvenient for me to go back home thinking that this friend was in our house only to find out she wasn’t. There’s way too many glitches in this envera app, so many cars that go through the gate that are not even invited.

One time someone rang the doorbell saying that they were representing a company and asking for solicitation. The neighbors called us and showed us the face of someone who was being hunted by the police for raping a woman on the Lake Nona area. And true enough it was him!!! How did this person go through our gates? We’re paying a lot of money for a faux security!!
Absolutely not worth the money and absolutely scary!

Text and Email notifications work, but not app notifications. Yes I have made sure I have notifications enabled and approved on iPhone.

The rest of MyEnvera seems to work decent for me.

Very little documentation for visitors use. No idea which system we have and what options at our location that would be helpful to know if we had a license plate reader option does it work for the visitors automatically what’s the point?

I had been getting text notifications as I requested on my app. All of a sudden it stops working and although you call the support team 3 times all they do is update your notification preferences which I had done many times with no change. There is no help from Enverna & they just assume it’s a you problem although the program had been working fine and is now not. I somehow managed to get a notification at 3am when my son arrived but not any other time since June 15th and the company doesn’t seem to be able to help fix their own problem.

Often a challenge to get the info in before it times out. The service agents are occasssionally not picking up quickly, so there is a long line waiting to enter. We try to deal with it by entering the visitor info so there’s no call from the agent that “I can’t understand what they’re saying!”

But I’ve had several calls to let in people that are already in my list. For example, called for Gabriel when I had Gabe already confirmed

Our new security system works well, easy to use and MyEnvera works just great. Two thumbs up.

I am new here and I am having a lot of people coming in and out. There have been zero problems. It’s been a pleasure working with this company.

As opposed to both the global and global visitor notification settings, could you add the SMS/email and push notifications for each individual guest we add? We could eliminate the other erroneous notifications and receive only what is needed. Thanks!

We love MyEnvera, it’s so self effective and easy to understand

I really like using Envera. Easy way to allow anyone I wish to get through the gate to my condo. I have family set up as permanent and they can come right through the gate. Also, the ability to set up a one time visitor is easy.

I set my Envera so that my client could get in here and he’s been at the gate for 10 minutes. You’ve tried to call me you have my number and it’s wrong. You didn’t answer when it rang. I’ve had it with you guys the man’s been waiting there for 15 minutes so he left and I lost my client. I think you owe me about $150.

this app works fine on my desktop, with no issues, and it’s very easy to use. MyEnvera on my phone works perfectly when it chooses to work, yet 9 times out of 10 I stare at the wheel of death. I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi, and I do know my password, I have deleted and reinstall MyEnvera a few times, and the same issues persist.
