Buffering

When I got to get on it buffers won’t pull up or load like WBBJ7EyewitnessNews is crashed or somthing it’getting annoying I love WBBJ7EyewitnessNews I keep having delete it reinstalling it 😬

The new update on iPhone to WBBJ7EyewitnessNews is horrible on stories out of line mugshots doesn’t work properly it shows double

The old App is way better of course it has some problems but in the new one there’s no dark mode

Not efficient

App will not open half the time!

Needs Live Streaming

Great app, but needs live streaming of news casts and breaking news and/or weather. All the Memphis stations have this option, we would like this option in Jackson too. Will give 5 stars when it happens.

Disappointed

I was so excited that WBBJ finally made an app...then I got extremely frustrated with it. Every other time you go to a different section, ads pop up. It's very annoying. Lose the ads, or at least cut the amount of ads down tremendously or I will no longer use WBBJ7EyewitnessNews.

Needs updating.. Badly

They need to update it more. They don't have live streaming. They have way to many ads popping up. 5th Quarter score and other news are so unorganized and really need to "write" better layouts. Just go to their website.

Weather map crashes

Wearer map crashes app. Don't update until WBBJ7EyewitnessNews is fixed. It worked fine before the update.

Please fix!

I like WBBJ7EyewitnessNews except the radar doesn't work and now it says error loading news please fix and I will give 5 stars thank you!
